Tickets
are £1 and will be available from the office from Wednesday 2nd December 2015. There will be two performances
of each concert and 2 tickets per family for each concert will be allocated. We
appreciate that working parents may have difficulty picking tickets up. If so,
please put a note with your child’s name and the amount of tickets required,
together with the money, in an envelope and we will send the tickets home with
your child. Please ensure you pick up
tickets/send a message in with your child to avoid disappointment, as any
spare/not sold tickets will be on sale from Wednesday 9th December
2015. We look forward to seeing you on these dates.
For
afternoon concerts, and to ensure the safety of the children, all school gates
will be locked until the children are inside the building just after 12.45 pm.
The Junior building door will be the entry door for all concerts and will be open from 12.50 pm. For morning concerts, the
entry door will be open from 9.05 am. For evening performances, the same door
will be open at 4.50 pm . Please do not
come to the main door at the office end of the building, as to be fair to all
parents in choosing seating, there will be only one queue for entry.
We
are sure parents are keen to video or take photographs of their children during
the concerts. If anyone has any objections to this, please contact me as soon
as possible.
